Almost but it's the infinite sun cone that oscillates. Otherwise we all get thrown from the southern rim.

TBH if gravity is inconceivable ... good luck.

HollowEarthers are big on the poles for obvious reasons. In the same way the best room at a house party is always the kitchen, all the action happens in the pole holes.
