I'm not here to cast aspersions, my E39 is not even Euro 4 I think. It will have to go by 2019, which is when I think the extended private car LEZ will take affect. I believe that extends to within the N and S Circulars with a daily charge. So I'd have to spend a tenner just to drive my car anywhere, no resident discount on that.
