Yeah good point, if they were driving to work though I wouldn't be surprised if they lived on Old Dean. Maybe stick a poster up in the Spar/Co-op and chip shop too, there's always bikes/skaters lingering.
Also just a thought, that stretch of road between Waitrose and Pennyhill Park has been a spot for crimes in recent history, I'd check along there as someone may have just taken it and dumped it. Oh and give Swinley Bike Hub a call and tell them to keep a look out for it! -

Hi mate,
That was me you ran after...sorry to say that it definitely isn't your bike. Mine is a Steamroller, bought off @aquatic on this forum a couple years back. Totally understand why you would have stopped me though - just saw your drawing and they look pretty similar, especially the frame colour and the wide bars.
Weirdly, I think I may have seen your bike on my way home that day (Thursday), being ridden by a kid riding with a bunch of his mates in Victoria Park (on the path parallel to the canal, eastern section). I did think at the time that it looked like my bike but I hadn't seen your sketch until today. Definitely cream frame, black fork, single speed and wide bars. I live nearby so if I see it I'll see what I can do.
Best of luck

Custom Temple bike in green stolen today near London Fields. It has a unique front rack with Mango box, riser bars, brown saddle, Pinhead lock for the front wheel.
It is very sentimental to my dear friend. If anyone has any info, please get in touch. Thanks

Ha! Amazing. I did wonder if you might see this. Thanks so much mate - you've put my mind to rest, as it was doing my head in thinking I may have let it go. Also glad that I went with my gut instinct and left you alone as soon as I saw it was different... Sorry if I startled you at all. For the record it didn't cross my mind for a second that you had stolen it, I was fully expecting an awkward conversation about how much you paid for it!
Very kind of you to keep a look-out, too. What you saw sounds about right - someone saw it shortly after it was stolen, kids down by the canal by Olympic Park. I don't expect to find it now, but if that was it, I'm happy to hear it was still in the area as late as Thurs. I didn't see it down Brick Lane, either.
Thanks again

Hi everyone, I had my orange Moulton TSR8 stolen from outside my flat in Hoxton on Saturday. It's a pretty distinctive bike, so I'd be grateful if you could keep an eye out. Thanks.

My mash got got.
~1100, Richmond Road in Hackney. Kryptonite done through with an angle grinder, a proper one by the look of the lock. Hopeful for CCTV and the police leaning on the building site across the road but I'm not hopeful.
It's covered in Atomic22 security bolts so it'll be slightly more difficult to dismantle.
Give me a bell if you see it.

@MechaMorgan really sorry to hear. I will keep my eyes peeled.
Let's hope it can be recovered ! -

lucky it's not 2007 cause every single bike looked like that...

Mine was cut right though a Kryptonite. A very clean cut too - an unusual way to bust a D. Suspect it's the same person.

Bit late to reply but this isn't stolen, it just doesnt exist at all. The picture is of Jambon's system six about 5 years ago. They must have found it somewhere on the web and pinched the picture for the ad

Worth a mention: I saw a kid riding a White Cannondale Synapse that was far too big for him, had Keo Pedals whilst he was wearing trainers, struggling to pump the tyres on the canal at Mile End. Lots of stickers on the bike.

My red 1979 Guerciotti has gone missing from a friends house in Leytonstone just across from Red Lion pub. They were burgled in the night it seems and have only just noticed a few bits missing. White rolls saddle and full super record group set. Would love to have it back, please keep eyes peeled
