It's inlay I think isn't it? If it is, I like it; if not, not :)

You'd think the luthier would pay a designer a couple of hundred quid to design something that doesn't look like it came out of a WI baking competition... Especially when he's charging so much bloody cash for it, just looks shoddy and cheap to my eyes...

Personal taste innit. Anthony Jackson obviously likes it and Fodera are more than capable of complicated fine inlay work...
