I am not sure what is meant by dremmel tap, but keep a Dremel far far away from there.
You need a M5 ISO (standard pitch) tap and a small tap wrench (adjustable spanner can be used) and some cutting oil (chain lube can be used). You probably just need to chase the threads and then insert a pair of M5 barrel adjusters (brass would look/be best).
If you are near Crouch End I'll do it for you. It is a 5 min job and any bike shop should be capable of doing this.
