It does. That's where I get mine from.
If you are south of the river in the Walworth area, Flint Hire (Theatrical chandler) in Queens Row also sell it. -

Brick lane are the UK distro for Phil Wood so if they don't have any I imagine you're out of luck.
You could maybe try HubJub

As much as I'd hate to give them any custom, I would get one from them if it was the only option. Their site saying all out of stock. Might be worth popping in I guess.
Anyone happens to go by BLB any time soon, just stick your head in and see if they got any for me please. Its well out of my way

Options for 24h rims? Track wheels, will be used on the road, clincher. I want hip hop, was thinking China carbon but not sure I want to spend £350+ on rims. What should I do? These hubs btw :-)

Options for 24h rims?
I'd go Kinlin XR31T. There's a whole wheelbuilding thread where people can make other suggestions.

Has the be carbon really, I've had decent rims from China sub £200

I've got a (50mm) carbon 24h rim that I just won't get around to building up again. It's probably had 200mi of use (as rear wheel, so less braking applied). Let me know if interested.

Anyone know what these are called? "Ancient metal connecting whatnots" probably isn't the best descriptor.

There used to be a couple of chrome-platers / anodisers around OK Rd / Ilderton Road area.
Don't know if they're still there.
