Few circuits of Regents Park then coffee where I met for a second time the v lovely retired gent who was waiting for his gp appt at the surgery opposite. I know all about his heart meds and side effects, his time with Grosvenor Estates, his move from a Mayfair council flat to a warden controlled block in Victoria. All because I sat down and said Hi.
