    There is a lot of talk of reduced pain and inflammation, improved energy etc (I don't eat a shit diet now, still eat a lot of veg but eat meat and dairy alongside) Have you noticed any change with how you feel?

  • Only been vegan since Easter but definitely feel better overall in an albeit pretty undefined way.
    My skin is def a whole lot better(psoriasis) and I don't ache so much after work/rides/climbing.
    Learning to drink black tea/coffee if a customer offers a brew has been hard as has trying not to feel ill while my colleagues eat pale, undercooked bacon from the caff in the mornings.
