I feel like I get sick less since I've been vegan. I was vegetarian for 18 years before, the transition was easier than I thought it was going to be. I think the main reason I feel better is that I eat a lot less processed foods and sugar now! I always cooked from scratch at home anyway, but now I eat a lot more homemade snacks/lunches etc, and not the easy access pastries/cakes/sandwiches I used to. (Working in a cafe, taking away the urge to eat leftover pastries at the end of a long day has made the biggest difference I think! heh)

There is a lot of talk of reduced pain and inflammation, improved energy etc (I don't eat a shit diet now, still eat a lot of veg but eat meat and dairy alongside) Have you noticed any change with how you feel?
