Analog film photography and cameras

Almost ready to try, going to go for it on Saturday night. I have some VC paper and developer. Is the stop and fix the same as I use for film?

Been feeling somewhat guilty and despondent about my lack of photographic action. Sent off a few films to filmdev yesterday, fingers crossed! Nothing recent, can't remember what's on some of them. One i found in a shoebox think it belonged to housemate, another is a disposable camera i gave to some kids at a party last summer.

With the demise of Poundland Agfa, what's the next best option for cheap 35mm colour film ?

Fuji c200 in bulk from fotoimpex. Factor in shipping & tax and it's still good. They may have agfafoto 200/400 stock too.
