I'm looking for a frameset to assemble a new commuter/light tourer bike. It's ok if the paint has seen better days, as long as there is no structural damage.
Things I'm looking for:
Ready to accept 60mm mudguards (eyelet on seatstay bridge facing down, eyelet on chainstay bridge).
Horizontal top-tube (not very strict about this).
Canti brakes front and rear.
1" steerer would be nice, albeit not strictly necessary.
100€ Shipped to Germany (could be slightly higher but always below 200).
