I think he's repeatedly asking if they're available by repeatedly stating their availability with zero punctuation.
He clearly doesn't understand the difference a question mark can make in such an important sentence.
There is also an issue of etiquette where one asks a question and waits for a response.
Unless I'm completely wrong and he's actually in cahoots with the OP and shamelessly plugging.....
