got a rear rack from sjs and found the front one in the gf's grandmother's weekend house... someone bought it and never used it as the price tag was still attached.
i only need a pair of those elusive sram levers. they pop up every two days when you don't need them..

It had been an agonizingly long three weeks, but it's ready. First proper ride coming over the weekend, vacation time is here!

Nice, what are they ? This build be your Torrino Nice ride now?

Awesome! Did you have trouble setting it up single speed? With chainline and crank arm / ring clearance...
Also did you confirm your 26.2 seatpost? Think mines that too but the measurement from the calipers varies quite a lot depending on where I measure it from.

Looks really good!

Fork id?

Singlespeeding it was no problem at all. I just used a regular 135mm cassette rear wheel and some spacers and eyeballed the correct chainline. I may even have measured it, don't quite remember.
26.2 was the correct seatpost, but that varies. Try googling a datasheet of your specific model, GT went through quite a few sizes.
I actually still ride this with the crap seatpost and the ultra-high stem. oddly comfortable.

Time to do stuff with my first roadie once again. (And would be time to get a damn camera stand already.)

CNC-Bike again. Kinda heavy but don't really notice.
Sadly looks like i won't make TNR this year. Maybe just as well as i don't feel like i'm in my top shape. Next year!

Took me a moment to realize that's a monostay and not some super weird fork set-up. Full pic?
-
• #115598
Full pics when I'll set it up correctly, it still needs a load of tweaking since my mom used it for 5 years. It's proper anti tho.

I still own this

Looks so pimp, needs a new saddle though!
Do you pay extra to have the photo rotated so it looks uphill?
