Dimensions are 32x20cm on the base, there are webbing ladders on the underside at the front and rear of the bag which could be used to strap straight on to a rack, I secured it in the basket by threading the roll-top buckles through the basket frame.
If you wanted just the bag it would be £45 posted.

What are dimensions of the base of the bag? How does it attach to the basket/rack? Might be interested in the bag alone.
