Just got back from 5th lap (5.7miles) in 9:45 sitting about 25/30 in men's solo cat
No blisters but feet are just generally sore. Like I have been walking for 10 hours funnily enough.
To hit 11 laps overall I was meant to head out 5 mins ago but I have some wiggle room but tbh I am slowing down and need to take longer breaks so I think 8 or 9 laps is going to be more realistic.
For now I am committing the cardinal sin of laying down to completely get the weight off my feet for few minutes luckily the hellspawn of a neighbouring tent are playing bottle flipping about 3 cm from my tent at great volume so sleep is unlikely.
