• Well either will be fastest with a 19/20mm tub - I know they say optimised to 23/25mm but that's nonsense. Both tubs and clinchers are getting hard to find in those widths so it's just down to personal preference really.

    Edit - mind you it says that the clincher brake track is 23mm/17mm internal (body also says the wheel is 19mm wide...) - go clincher IMO. Not like the weight matters.

  • Thanks for the reply - yeah I think 22/23 will be what I opt for.
    The rolling resistance / weight differences seem almost negligible, I was just worried about the safety of a carbon clincher
