Used once - it's slightly to big for my frame unfortunately. Think I'm second owner. Few smalls dirt marks - I'll give it a scrub now

My frame has 51cm of space between seat tube and steer tube, according to Restraps measurements (50cm long) that should fit. Could you quickly measure the distance on your frame?
