• Throwing this up here now to get the basics, pics and prices sorted, but might need to check and add a few details in the morning.

    Wheels
Happy to accept any reasonable offer on these to get these out of the shed.

27" Rear Wheel with tyre and tube £5/beer > FREE

    Hub: Maillard 36h
Freewheel: Not included, threads on hub are in good condition
    Rim: Rigida Superchromix 1 1/4"
Tyre: Schwalbe Puncture Protection with no cuts and plenty of life left

The axle has bolts either side, no QR. Rim has plenty of pitting/rust to the chrome but otherwise all in good condition.

700c Tubular Wheelset (Mavic, Fir, Saturne) with tyres £30/make me an offer

Built on nice Mavic 500 hubs front and rear with matching Mavic QRs
    Rear:
Fir Squadra Corse Wega Rim 36h
    Sachs Maillard Aris 6sp Freewheel
Well worn but still usable Conti Gatorskin tub

    Front:
    Saturne HT-S20 Rim 28h
Vittoria Rally tub with a fair few small cuts but still holding air

Both rims have a dark grey anodised finish, and both have plenty of wear on the braking surfaces but otherwise in really solid condition with years of riding left in them.

    700c Tubular Wheelset £20 > £16/make me an offer

    Front:
    Mavic 500 hub, 36h
    Mavic Montherly Pro Rim

    Rear:
    No name black hub, 36h
Saturne HT-S20 Rim dark grey anodised
    Regina Synchro 6sp freewheel
Currently no QR skewer but I could probably dig one out
One issue with this wheel - I had a tub roll off the rim and in the time that the back wheel was scraping along East London tarmac, it has worn down a patch of the rim edges (both sides) as shown in one of the pics above. I'm honestly not sure if you could get away with mounting a tyre as is, but more likely you'd need to replace the rim. Hopefully I've reflected that in the price.

    Mechs
Hmm, hold on, let me check if these are in working order before posting

    Brifters
    Campag Mirage 8v - good-ish condition, all the clicks are there £35 > £30

    Brake calipers
Campag Record - ok condition, spring sluggish on rear - £40 > £35 the pair
    Campag Mirage - good condition - £30 > £25 the pair
Weinmann type 730 - missing one cable guide bolt thingummy - £8 > £5 the pair

    Stem
Let me check the details, see the pic in the meantime - £10 > £8

    Cranks
Campag Mirage 172.5mm - quite worn, extraction threads gone on the driveside, so if you fit them and want them off again you need to loosen the bolt and ride the bike a few hundred yards... All other threads OK and perfectly useable - £12 provisionally sold

Campag Mirage 175mm - less worn and better nick generally than above - £20 > £18

    Saddles
Turbo Special - tatty and ripped completely at the nose but comfy - £10 > £8
    No-name saddle in leatherette with rivets - £8 > £5

    Pedals
Shimano SPD-SL R540 - well worn but springs and bearings all good, bought them new a year or so back £10 > £8

All items in E11, can meet in town or post at cost.

  • Cheaper of the Mirage cranks provisionally sold.

  • Have updated this to add the wheels from old thread. No sensible offers ignored, but everything will be headed to Ebay sooner or later.

  • Price drops all round, it'll be eBay at the weekend, so make me an offer.

  • Other cranks provisionally dibsed, everything else heading for Ebay as soon as I can be bothered with the ads.
