All going to plan I'm picking this frame and forks up from @eyebrows next week.
If my research is correct the weight of the frame and fork is around 1100g. As I got my Look 586 (1300g F&F) down to about 6.4kg without much expense or work I reckon I can get this under 5kg.
The plan is:
FSA SL-K Cranks 407g
SS Components N/W Chainring 56g
Chainring Bolts 20g
TRP RL956 Cross top levers 86g
SRAM SL-500 bar end shifter 77g
Chinese Carbon Saddle 98g
Planet X CNC Brakes 200g
i-Link Cables ~100g
Speedplay Zero - maybe tuned <200g
Ryde Pulse Sprint / Bitex Hubs 1250g
Veloflex Record 23mm 300g
Latex Tubes ~140g
This is the vibe - Pete Tadros' bike from 2015. Mechanical 1x11 with a bar end shifter.
Yes, I know I could go lighter with tubs but I'm not going to.
If anyone has some mad light bits they can spare for a few months and very few miles, lend them to me! I'll be riding under the LFGSS CC banner so you'll be doing us all a service.
Forgot to mention, I'll be racing the Urban Hill Climb up Swains Lane at the end of September, as many opens as I can get to and the National Hill Climb on the 31st of October.

Unknowns / Not Got
Seatpost, 27.2mm
Stem
Bullhorns
SRAM Red Rear Mech 143g
SRAM Cassette 155g
Here's the actual spreadsheet - without Ti axles etc for pedals it's sitting at a shade over 5kg...
