Look at the Tweed Run. The first 2 or 3 runs were just gatherings, the first 2 without organisation, and were in the right spirit.
Then came organisation, then corporate and tickets appeared, then having to get on line to get the ticket.
Quickly lost its appeal, and I have not been back since 2011.
The DD should remain in its current format, simply just a night ride to the coast.
