Quite often, just a bad habit, trying to mask pains which are probably fit related.
I really need to drop the cash on a fit with Scheritt after wasting money on a crap fit this year, but I'm planning on changing my frame so don't want to throw money at it this side of LEL as I'm ok on the bike generally, but I definitely need a decent fit on anything I buy next.
