when you guys are talking about ibuprofen being evil are you specifically talking about during endurance exercise? Whats the background?
I generally prefer it for my normal ailments as its anti inflammatory. Are you saying that it, as opposed to other painkillers is risky because of likelihood of ulcerating? More so than asparin?
