Came back to office from site to find police exclusion zone on Junction Victoria St. with Buckingham Palace Road for bike under 8 wheel muck away lorry hope the rider survived.
Wish TfL would do something about the Victoria one way system all they have done is make it worse for cyclists and the Nova development is particularly to blame.
