OT: looking for someone to do some basic welding

Hi! Looking for someone to do some basic welding. I am working on a small art project and need someone to do some simple steel cutting and welding. Ideally affordable and SW or SE London based. I have some knowledge myself but I lack the necessary equipment. It could be a good project for someone that just started welding or looking for some practise. Any leads would be truly appreciated!

Ask at a local car garage. It's fairly common to weld up rust patches to get a banger through a MOT.
