I have a problem, not a new problem, more a reoccurring problem that has followed me now for more years than I care to admit. The habit of buying bikes slightly too small.
Some ill fitting bikes have lived with me longer than others but having held onto this one for a while and never actually ridden other than to confirm that, a: it's just a little small and, b: I'm now a little old to be riding bikes that will result in a bad back or stiff neck the best thing seems to be to move it on.
Another smaller problem exists, this current bike made it into the relative safety of the garage undetected, alas, so has its replacement, thus some of the finer details of this sale may be a touch vague. This will be put right tomorrow when the non understanding enemy of bicycles is at her work.
Anyway, enough preamble....
For Sale, my Peugeot 753 chorus, size is tt 57ctc st 56.5-57ctc, full campagnolo 2x7 groupset exact details of which I'll confirm, mavic hubs on mavic open 4 cd rims/dt spokes and brand new 25 pasealas, all in really nice condition, the odd chip and scrape as you'd expect but certainly had an easy life. New looking cassette and little wear on cd rims. Hadn't planned on including pedals but happy to throw in spd's in photo if required?
Bike is in Edinburgh so postage will likely be required.

Did laugh! Good luck with your sale from someone with many secret bikes and parts in the basement.

I've always felt that there are two tricks:
1) Always keep most of your "bikes" in parts. That way, when pressed you can always give an honest answer about bikes. Frames, gruppos and wheels are not bikes.
2) As above but in different locations.

Just to confirm size is ctc seattube 56.5, toptube 57. Campagnolo Athena/chorus 7spd groupset. Cinelli xa stem and giro d'italia bars. Campagnolo seatpost and fizik arione cx saddle. Saddle and cassette look brand new.
@poetic yeh the light to darker blue really is very nice.

I stand corrected, checked the eBay search I conducted to establish group and it was Athena I looked at, no idea why I've typed in mirage. Thanks @HillyBen

hmm tempted, would go with my 653 Athena and 531 px10 isoard

Couple of interested parties but nothing concrete so a change and a price drop....

Swapped the Paselas for a set of Schwalbe blizzard sport 23s and removed the fizik saddle and replaced with a Selle Italia xo.

I'll get updated photos up tomorrow.

New price £315 plus delivery and PayPal fees.

Updated photo with tires and saddle swap, bars now at sensible height too.....
