Wow, these are lovely and "uncontrasty"

Also shot a few frames at our local MTB race. Lomo 100 was too slow for under the trees even at F1.4!

Strong page!
It's quite a dilemma because I want to shoot more but at the same time I don't. It's too expensive to take "random" shots and hope they come out nice :(In the meantime I got this

Love it, I've yet to dabble with half frame stuff. I'd be interested in knowing a bit more about how you did the panoramas. Did you use a tripod to stabilise the panning action?
-
• #14237
Cheers man, the panoramas were all hand held and they are far from perfect but I think they are fun. I'm selling the Canon so if anyone wants to try their own half frames it's a good place to start!
-
• #14238
Well I'd have believed you if you'd said they were on a tripod so not bad at all! I did see the Canon but I really need to start selling some toys before I buy any more.

My first post here on lfgss. Only joined recently but I've use the website for help several times before. The shots on this discussion are fantastic, so I thought I'd share a couple of mine that I had to hand. There's plenty more backed up somewhere.
Anyway, these shots were taken a couple of months ago in Manchester. The link between the photos was not intentional but I realised they work well together afterwards.Edit: Or not! The uploader is having none of it. Maybe I'll get something up here eventually...

Welcome! Pics have to be under 3mb.
-
• #14242
Thank you! Like danb says, apparently the file limit is 30 Mb and my files were under. I'll try again later or another day perhaps.
-
• #14243
Oh really? What is it now?
-
• #14244
The drag and drop is delicate, but the "upload a file" link with one photo per comment has always worked fine. Try that.
-
• #14245
That was actually the way I tried to do it. I tried both an edit of the photos together and then separately but had no luck.
-
• #14246
Email me the photos and I'll give it a try. david@lfgss.com

Thanks, Email sent.

Interesting... it failed here too.
Will investigate. There's a bug somewhere.

Thats odd. Something to do with my photos perhaps? Although I'm not sure how. I'll try an older photo.
Also got my first shots back from the F6, these were all shot with the Sigma 85mm F1.4.
