You say that but there were tunnels banned last year that DID allow bicycles so I'm not interested in 'common sense' just whether or not anything has been specifically banned.
I'm also quite happy riding down a motorway but they're not allowed so there's no point me using my opinion about what's rideable if it contravenes the rules.
