I'll be there tomorrow too, super early for CCW laps, then another hour CW.

Will just be doing mileage, and spinning...on the look.

Was good fun. Not often I get upstaged by another fixie goon when I'm on the T3.

Managed to put a few hours in this morning after 8 weeks away.

Depressing lack of fitness

Few laps on SS in the sunshine and amongst the friendly groups of riders. I love days like this.

Indeed, was alright until the big watts guys turned up. But it super nice to ride and spin in the sunshine!

Am unable to do Regents laps now due to new work arrangement :( BUT I did see you cruise by Liverpool Street Station around 8:45. V fancy.

So is this an every day thing or a set day thing?

A most days thing. It isn't always posted but I'm often there (not at all for 3 weeks though) and there's normally one or two others around too. But it completely depends.

Why didn't you join us? Suit was @Hovis, black kit was @TTM and rapha asshat was me(it was cold).
Socks are ridge supply, from memory.

Made it out to the park for first time in months this morning. No wait, i had a blow out half way and had to walk home. Sigh

They look perfect with the suit! I normally use white Rapha PT socks which look okay too.

We got hit by lights on every lap except the last one with the huge peloton. Sucked my way to a 5:47! 77/19800 :D

Probably gonna be there on Thursday from 7:10ish for 50% chat 50% hammer laps.
