tyre - valve alignment
stem slammage
bar angle/cockpit
seatpost length
saddle angle
paint
condition of paint
cabling
photo quality
gear setup in pic (no granny rings)
bar wrap
rareness of frame
cleanliness
skewer placement
negative points for quill adapters, spongy saddle covers, toolkit 'bottles' etcetc

The trouble with your list of things is that we can all think of bikes which fail on at least one of your points but still belong here.
