Plenty of coffee shops open in hackney on a Saturday evening... Try Broadway Market and Mare Street.
Diddy's on the corner of mare street and beck rd will be open, a couple of pavement tables where you can watch your bike, but I'm not a coffee connoisseur so can't vouch for that. They look nice though.

My train arrives at 7.30pm. Anyone know of a good coffee shop that be open at that time? Everything I know of is (unsurprisingly) closed by then.
