#Tuktitude also results in a more responsive rear end which is good for climbing and wheelies. For carrying shit less #tuktitude is better because it's more stable

I love the retro Karrimors - I've got a saddlebag from before they started using that logo but sadly it's red and green rather than plum.

On train to Wick, Scotland right now to start our quest. We have sustrans maps and a compass so should survive I reckon. Tyres are gravelking sk so hardly treaded really.
It took me a while to find nos front and rear panniers. I'm also wearing a matching era karrimor bike jacket right now and also the proud owner of a worryingly large number of backpacks of the same age too. :/
