Is it flat again tomorrow? The Vuelta and Giro parcours have been shitting on the Tour in recent years. No cobbles this year, why not a few hilly stages for the puncheurs at least?
Also is there a reason the TTT seems to have gone out of fashion? I'm trying to remember the last one in the Tour.
It's not flat tomorrow. Finishes on a plateau with a climb up to it, 2nd category I think, which would make it suitable for a break. Given Sunday's stage I'd expect GC riders to sit tight tomorrow.
They used the same finish in 2010 I think, Sylvain Chavanel won from a break.
