What does suck is how poor itv4 looks in standard definition on freeview. Compared to other SD freeview channels it's really blocky and crap. Shame there's no ITV4 HD on freeview...

Part of its appeal; that and the opening graphics makes it feel like the 1990s.

I used to like it in World Cups (Mexico 86 I'm thinking) when it sounded like the commentators were on the other end of a telephone, which they may well have been.
