Bad traders

I'm not feeling very good about this, the guy truly stressed me.

Last night he started at me while I'm relaxing trying go sleep
I've had really awful night now, and he's not realised it gone far
enough already that we closed the thread on account of just have had
enough of this attitude I got told all this nonsense about this and that
and I was being genuine, I just feel really some of the stuff he's said
is out of hand, at my end it's really not appreciated. It's making me feel
really super bothered.

After agreeing a sale he's decided to keep one of the items and almost double the price of the other, then go on about what a fantastic deal the jacked-up price is.

I Would say you stressed buyer by changing a price as well if that the case.
The question would be, do buyer need to apologise to the seller which is changing price, or seller to the buyer for the stress about previously stated price going up?
