Have had both the Espresso and Filter Mormora from Square Mile last week.
The espresso is another of those strawberry milkshake type beans when you have it in milk, not anywhere near as powerful as the one they had about 4 years back which was like undiluted krusha syrup but just a hint of it even through oat milk.
the filter I've tried in the hario cold brewer (70g to 700ml) which i took to work in a flask and have been having over a big glass of ice which was perfect. resisting making any more as I want to save the rest for my big race next weekend.
only annoying thing is since changing my grinder settings on the vario (large stepper only to keep my espresso setting easily retrievable) it's started throwing the grounds towards the front of the basket so the final few seconds of the dose end up avalanching down the front and i'm getting spillage which has happened before but was being perfectly well behaved for months.
i'll also note, my espresso grind settings for red brick are still unchanged from my post near the start of the year.
