I have done all of that, I like to try things. They have always discharged me quickly saying they have much more serious cases that need more help, with a few pieces of advice like:
Live with it and die.
It's not you, it's them.
Don't try too hard changing yourself, change them.
Don't worry too much, have a laugh.
The fact that they are not aware of being wrong doesn't make you the wrong.
Make them aware of what they are it's not a job that you should do fo charity.
Relax.
Attack.
Rest.
Repeat.
You should seek professional help.
Your GP should be able to refer you to a variety of services.
Your employer may also have an Occupational Health service.
