  • What route do you take?

Agree Southwark Bridge is good. Southwark bridge road is generally very quiet too but probably not on your route. Sex Panther cut through works as advertised!

  • This never ceases to puzzle me. I can't detect a pattern either ¯_(ツ)_/¯

  • southwark bridge cycle lane needs some serious grading. my teeth fell out the last time i went over the lumpy fucker.

  • I'm lower Sydenham so Perry rise - Cranston rd - Brockley rise/way - down to Queens rd Peckham - Asylum rd - OKR - Borough - Southwark Bridge then onto Clerkenwell. Yeah Southwark bridge is a bit lumpy and i've only done it twice but people seem happy to trundle over and you don't have to deal with pricks lane jumping coming in the opposite direction. Interestingly i've noted a lot more "on here" bikes going over the bridge than the usual Halfords warriors on Blackfriars. My other half who works in St Pauls says she may even bust out her Fixeh for commuting as it seems like such a chilled ride compared to our last route.

  • Rep actual lol.

  • I'm becoming increasingly agitated with the sheer number of cyclists that must get ahead at any cost. Especially the ones that undertake. I'm repeatedly inches from an accident every time I go out and it's frankly depressing. I have to worry about other people's lack of care more than normal and it makes for quite a stressful experience.
All made the worse because of a collision I had last week I'm sure but still. Just show some consideration people.

  • I recommend a course in zen meditation or rum. Rum works well.

  • Drop a shoulder and steer towards them

  • There's a thread calling out to you.

  • Have you considered taking the bus for a week or two? Nothing will make you miss cycling more.

  • I was too rough to cycle a few weeks back due to shingles, and took the train. Terrible kerfuffle. You have to walk to the station, filter through to the correct platform, wait for the right train, endure the stink of the unwashed masses and invasion of personal space, then reverse the experience whilst battling pass people getting on the train as soon as it's stopped. Apparently I paid for the privilege too, what a scam. Don't recommend.

  • Total wtf on Regents St. On here?

  • Regent's Park is within easy TTing distance ...

  • He didn't go there.

  • I think being on the aerobars in that part of town is Darwin award status

  • He's not wearing a quality previously-owned timepiece on his left wrist is he? Might be a photo shoot.

  • WTF!?

    Bib tights in July!?

  • Mad.
What are those ferrari shoes though..

  • They're for driving.

Well, they're for looking like a racing driver while at the pub.

  • Heading home on Junction Road Archway I slow and stop for an elderly lady in an electric wheelchair who is waiting patiently. The 2 knobs behind me didn't break rhythm, shot through, passed me powering on, and pissed me off. You know what happens next. I caught one of them at the next lights. I asked if he'd even seen the lady; he said 'Yeh sure I did but she hadn't started crossing.'

  • lol.

I love those adverts. Created by people who know nothing about cycling. One of them has a guy riding whose saddle is way too low.

  • Needs Internet Bike Fit if they are. Saddle is way too high.

  • Off uni at the mo so I cycled over to my Grandma's house in Twickenham this morning to help her build some IKEA furniture, someone on a Cannondale roadie had a go at me for the skid I did going down the hill into Northcote Road to stop for the traffic lights... Something about how fixie skidders are ruining the road and it's dangerous to ride without brakes. The amusing part is I run a very obvious front brake with a big fuck off orange leaver, some people clearly just want to find things to get angry at and won't use any logic around it.

  • Does your Grandma ride fixie too?
