Of course he meant it. It's part of sprinting. We've seen worse. Headbutts for example.

The more you watch it the less deliberate it looks. Cav has such acceleration but that was a very small gap to jump into

Racing incident my arse. It's one thing closing a gap, another entirely when you're elbowing someone into the barriers.

The elbow looks like an herring rouge. Cav already falling when the elbow comes out.

Difficult to say, when you see it from behind the elbow definitely comes out further then normal. The Gorilla isn't happy either.

May have been his lean in trying to avoid it as he saw it flick out, before getting KO'd.
