Fuck knows. Ebay always side with the buyer unless you phone them and can convince someone with absolutely no knowledge of what you're talking about that it's been altered.

Hilariously poor.

Even so you can see the threaded section is a good 4.5cm, which makes the steerer 20.5cm.

If you point this out to him, he might fuck off.
