I did Bangor to Bristol (alliteration is key, right?) over a week in May. I keep meaning to do a write up but never have the time. Mostly just went to the top of Anglesey and then down the middle of Wales. You'd miss out on some great wilderness and scenery is you only do the coast. PM if you want some routes and stuff and I'll send over where we went when I get a hot minute...
