Clerkenwell screws has never let me down in the past when it comes to obscure outdated fixings.
There was another equally good place on Hackney rd but it's gone now :(
Sargent & Co may also be worth an ask as he does a lot of restoration work on old English bikes. If he doesn't have them he probably knows someone who does.
