Bought in 2011 or 2012. Been sat in a friend's shed doing nothing for at least 2 years.
It's at the point of needing to go from my shed, or get a cheap group set on it and leave it with my in-laws when I visit them once a year. That seems super extravagant, so selling it is better.
It made a fantastic bash club bike for grim weather. 25s and cruds.
It could make a pretty good first road bike, a hack for commuting quickly on. It is not fancy.....
