It's had paint before, it's not like the paint on there is original.
Fundamentally it needs the rot under the door strikers dealt with, sadly you can't wish away rust so that's definitely going to happen, I'll take the opportunity to deal with all the other little issues at the same time.
You seem very focussed on money, why is that?
