Anyone know of a front fitting rando style rack with super long rack arms? Looking to put a small front rack and basket on my Brother big bro.

Most probably custom, wouldn't mind having one of those

Top advice on guards thanks. Anyone know how they measure guards- round the outside of the curve or straight across the bottom? @alialias that looks like mine does now- Close fit looks good but it clogs up in mud, stuff gets wedged and lots of gunk flicks out the sides

I've heard its very tough, Mark from SBC told me the rep demoed it to him by sealing the empty saddle bag up full of air and jumping up and down on it.

I've heard its very tough.
I have to says the weight is surprisingly reasonable considering that they tend to be overbuild (e.g. their panniers), I did liked their little valve that enable you to compress the bag properly.
I'd still go for a Revelate Design Viscacha that £20-30 more.

Friend used them for the Tour Divide and has been using the full frame bag since. I think he's blogged about them and you can probably find if with a bit of searching, but from pizza-and-beer memory the overall impression of the seatpack/front pack/pocket was - bags good, didn't break, stuff dry, bit big but handy for extra food, front pocket fixings weren't great
Frame bag view - zip is on wrong side and too meaty to easily open on-the-go

Rockhopper getting more functional. New guards and surly nice front rack.
Got a nice Deore Xt biopace crank to replace the existing on and a dia compe rear u brake to replace the knackered one.
Just trying to work out if I should have it repainted it embrace the patina.
