Some very thin HIPS I think. I ordered it so long ago and only just got around to building it I've forgotten and can't find any paperwork.
It's taped onto a Halo Aerotrack. Powdercoated brake track so I reckon it stuck pretty well. Didn't explode at 55kph so that's good.
