I think skinny steel generally looks best with classic silver parts - Nitto/Cinelli quill stem and silver drops/risers.
Or have you fitted a threadless headset and fork?
If you're not sure about the headset, could it be a sizing issue? The cheap Carbolite Peugeots have slightly rarer seatpost/steerer diameters but I'm guessing that Columbus models don't.

@tommmmmmm haha! No the stem is still loose, so the bubblewrap is for when the bars start to swing. Im not entirely sure if I fit the dia compe headset properly. At the moment I only have a Cinelli Ant / Pepper bar and Deda Zero, beside this Nero setup. Any suggestions?
@mk1mark I got it from the German site Ebay-kleinanzeigen, it was being sold without a fork, size 62ct. Also the threads in the BB were wrecked by cups being stuck in the frame. But it has new threads and working properly again.
