Hah, are you now, I used to live there!
Jordanstown was mostly posh, then you crossed over the bridge near the train station and errr...bit of a contrast, rough and unpleasant job :/
Not the only area like that in NI, every place has problems, but the flegs/nasty murals is a local specialty :)

That's nothing like the stollen I can buy in Lidl or Aldi.

They haz Aldi in Austria and Germany. It's called something like Hoffer. Whatever you get in Aldi is therefore legit.

That cake,
or,
the shop?
That looks like an iced bun ring, (with added cranberries & nuts).
Where's @Oliver Schick when you need a ruling on baked German goods? -
• #4185
Aldi is two companies in Germany (Aldi Nord and Aldi Süd), and as you nearly say is called Hofer in Austria:
-
• #4186
I don't know very much about baked goods, whether from Germany or from elsewhere. You might want to ask hippy after this year's TCR.

How very German. Is there a wall that separates them?
-

Is it a tale of two brothers falling out?
And, that cake isn't even a Gugelhupf

little arsehole. lucky snowhammer didn't lamp him.
sociopathic tory bootlickers who exist to tell lies so the rich cunts that fund them can pay less tax. doubt any of them have read a lick of adam smith.

So now the DUP might not return to power in NI because power-sharing won't work. I have a feeling that if London-based ministers decide on spending there'll be less for flegs:
-
• #4193
The DUP voted with the Tories tonight to block a Labour amendment to stop further fire services and other public service cuts.
Sigh...
They wanted to preserve triple pension lock which is nice for others, but this is form for the DUP. Always been Tory bum kissers.
-
• #4194
In fairness some of the DUP spending is on infrastructure etc... But I find it very hard to trust them to spend this fairly with honest procurement processes due to various corruption scandals.
And due to some of them beings mates with paramilitaries...

Well she is a mother, so she bond to be a good PM.
Would she be more or less toxic than jacob rees-mogg ?
-
• #4197
She'd make May look competent.

Good news, for non-Tories, and the country as a whole.
Hopefully the loss of a working majority will send the Mail/Sun/Express supported kipper wing of the Tories into a 'We were not sufficiently right wing to win' mindset,
and
send the Tories into another 3 Stooges, (Hague, ids, Howard), tailspin. With Maybot reliant upon the DUP, we might have to learn to be less flippant about Marches, (but that particular example was cringingly pathetic).

PMQs yesterday was disgusting. Not a hint of contrition from the Tories and May's scripted putdowns and soft questions from her own benches comparing a Labour government to Venezuela were just painfully hollow given the fuckup Brexit represents even before considering the implications of Grenfell.
In the fucking sea with the lot of them. -
