It's already blasted (no?) so you shouldn't need to sand it. Just use a good degreaser.
Sanded it lightly, did a degreaser, primed it and shot it. Looks OK for rattlecan.
Totally depends on what products you are using.
Rattle can paint will fall off soon enough no matter what you do to be honest.Not too fussed about it, I'll just rattlecan again. Using Montana Black (yes, I know not the best but I wanted to try it out.)
