Hi all - I am looking to upgrade my gearing on my CDF, can I use a 105 (5700) shifters with my existing rear cassette, but a new derailleur; I don't think I can as it is a 9 speed Sora, but wanted to check...

Why? Just get a new cassette. You can pick up a used 10 speed one on here for 15 quid usually

Thanks - just wanted to check - more the faff (I know it's not much but cba) of having to change it.
