I added another layer of rim tape, so it goes up the inside wall on both sides, an extra 20ml of sealant, shook it so that the sealant should be covering the area where the air is escaping, and left it at a jaunty angle to keep the sealant there for 5hrs. Still a minute amount of air escaping, ~5PSI over 5 hours, so I'll flip it, do the same on the other side and see what happens then.
